Bom, a imagem que o icon de quem perguntou fica dentro, é uma imagem que fiz no PS. Então, vocês podem mudar a cor dela ou até mesmo fazer de uma formato novo. Mas lembrando que, esse estilo de ask não é seu e você não pode usar a minha idéia e fazer algo depois disso. :) Essa é a imagem/balão que fica o icon dentro, caso seu tema não combine com a cor que esta, apenas mude.

É na class .boxicon lá você vai ver um link de imagem, substituia pelo que você quer.
